Opening order minimum
$350 net, any category mix. No per-category sub-minimum.
Reorder minimum
$200 net. Drop-ship orders have no minimum.
Payment terms
Credit card or ACH at first three orders. Net 30 considered on the fourth, contingent on a clean trade-reference check.
Lead times
Home Décor 12–16 days · Garden 8–12 days · Pantry 10–14 days · Seasonal per program window.
Freight
Flat $24 ground under $400. Free ground over $1,200 (Continental U.S.). LTL freight collect on pallets over 200 lbs.
Returns
Damaged-in-transit replacements at no charge with a photo within 14 days. No returns on opened pantry SKUs.
Drop-ship
Brown box, your packing slip, no Walker & Vine paperwork. $4 per order handling. Available on home décor and garden SKUs.
Private label
Available with 144-unit minimum on candles, honey, and tea. Talk to your rep — we can usually shave the minimum.
Sales-tax exemption
We'll need a current resale certificate (form ST-4 for NC, or equivalent) on file before invoicing without sales tax.
EDI / API ordering
Not yet. We pride ourselves on a human answering the phone.
