Effective date: January 1, 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://comercialgv.com.br and the sale of wholesale goods by Walker & Vine Trade Supply Co. ("Walker & Vine") to approved retailers. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Wholesale ordering is limited to approved business customers with a valid resale certificate. We reserve the right to decline new applications without stated reason.
2. Pricing and availability
Prices on our published line sheet are firm for the stated quarter. Inventory is sold on a first-paid, first-shipped basis; we will notify you within one business day if a SKU is on back-order.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Walker & Vine. An order is not binding until we issue an order confirmation.
4. Payment
We accept ACH, all major credit cards, and check on file. Net 30 terms are extended after the third successful order, subject to trade-reference check. Late invoices accrue 1.5% monthly interest. Returned checks incur a $35 fee.
5. Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (F.O.B. Hillsborough, NC).
6. Resale restrictions
Buyer may not resell Walker & Vine goods on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or other unauthorized third-party marketplaces. Goods may be sold via buyer's own retail store and own branded e-commerce site only.
7. Limitation of liability
Walker & Vine's total liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the purchase price of the goods at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in Orange County, NC.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the most current version is always posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts by email.
