Shipping methods
Orders under 150 lb ship via UPS or FedEx Ground (standard) from our Hillsborough, NC warehouse. Pallet shipments and any order over 200 lb ship LTL via Old Dominion, Estes, or XPO depending on destination.
Rates
- Flat $24 ground on orders up to $400 net (Continental U.S.)
- $42 ground on orders $400.01 – $1,200
- Free ground on orders over $1,200 (Continental U.S. only)
- LTL on pallets over 200 lb: freight collect on customer's preferred carrier or our negotiated rate
- Drop-ship: $4 handling per order plus actual UPS/FedEx Ground
Lead times
Orders ship within the lead time stated for each category at time of order. We ship Monday through Thursday; Friday is reserved for warehouse maintenance and packing for the Monday outbound.
Damages
Note any visible damage on the bill of lading before signing. For damaged-in-transit goods, send photographs to vendas@comercialgv.com.br within 14 days of receipt; we will ship replacements at no charge and file the carrier claim on our end.
International
We ship to Canada and the Caribbean by quote. We do not currently handle European customs.
